RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Gibsonlook Return & Exchange Policy

  • To start a return or exchange please visit: https://returns.gibsonlook.com and follow the prompts for your return label.
  • Send any questions to: support@gibsonlook.com
  • All items must be returned in good condition, unused, with tags and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase date.
  • Upon receipt of product, any refunds will be returned to the payment method of which your items were purchased. 
  • Shipping & handling charges and sales tax are not refundable.
Sale
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. We alert customers of sale products at the time of a promotion. 

Processing Time
Please allow 5-10 business days for the return or exchange to be received and completed by our warehouse. You will receive the full amount of your purchase minus all shipping & handling costs, taxes, and customs fees. You will receive an email with instructions for the return/exchange process and a confirmation email once the return/exchange has been processed and closed. At this time your refund will be processed and/or exchange fulfilled. Credit Card refunds can take 1-5 business days to reflect back to your bank.

Exchanges
We cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available once the exchanged product is received back to us.
Please Note: We do not honor exchanges with any Gibson Look clothing purchased from a third party.
