Gibsonlook Returns & Exchanges

2. Input the email address used for your purchase or the order number.

3. Check your email and follow the link to select the item(s) you're sending back and request an exchange or refund.

4. Complete your return and confirm your estimated refund. A $7.95 shipping and handling charge will be applied and deducted from your refund amount.

5. Download and print the shipping label and packing slip provided. Place packing slip inside the box and the shipping label on the outside of the box.

6. Return your item(s) in the original packaging along with the packing slip.

• Final sale product is not eligible for returns.
• All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date, after which the items must be sent back within 14 days. Gibsonlook accepts merchandise that is not worn, altered or washed and we kindly ask that it is returned in its original packaging along with the packing slip.
• Upon receipt of product, any refunds will be returned to the payment method of which your items were purchased within 48-72 hours.
• Return shipping & handling charges and sales tax are not refundable.

Processing Time
Please allow 48-72 hours for the return to be completed or exchanged acknowledged by our warehouse. For returned items you will receive the full amount of your purchase minus all shipping & handling costs, taxes, and customs fees. You will receive an email with instructions for the return/exchange process and a confirmation email once the return/exchange has been processed and closed. At this time your refund will be processed and/or exchange fulfilled. Credit Card refunds can take 1-10 business days to reflect back to your bank.

Exchanges
Exchanges are free however, we cannot guarantee the item(s) you want will be available once the exchanged product is received back to us.
