What is Gibsonlooks Return and Exchange Policy? 
All returns must be requested within 30 days of ship date, after which the items must be sent back within 15 days. Gibsonlook accepts merchandise that is not worn, altered or washed and we kindly ask that it is returned in its original packaging along with the original packing slip
Please note: For all U.S orders, original shipping is on us. For returns, there will be a flat $8.00 shipping and handling charge.

  3. Check your email and follow the link to select the item(s) you're sending back and request a refund. 
  4. Complete your return and confirm your estimated refund. A $7.50 shipping and handling charge will be applied and deducted from your refund amount.
  5. Download and print the shipping label provided; place on the outside of the box.
  6. Return your item(s) in the original packaging along with the original packing slip
  7. Once the return is received, we will refund the balance to your original payment method within 48-72hrs.

  7. Once the return received, you will receive an email confirmation and we will send the new item

We typically ship within 3-5 business days via USPS priority mail (1-3 business days delivery time).

No. We cannot guarantee a delivery date at this time and ship only via USPS priority mail (1-3 business days delivery time).

Yes, international customers are responsible for shipping costs. 


How do I apply a discount code? 
Enter the code in the discount code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Discount codes are case sensitive.

What if my item goes on sale after I buy it?

We are usually unable to change items or cancel an order after you've placed it however please reach out to us at support@gibsonlook.com and we’ll notify you as soon as possible if we’re able to make any changes.
