And just like that, we’re halfway through May! 

To kickoff all the summer excitement, we’re thrilled to launch our Summer Set List Collection today! This collection was inspired by warm weather destinations, and one of our key trends for the year, “Vacay All Day”! We designed these pieces with the intent and ability to wear these items whenever and wherever the sun takes you! We stuck to the breezy fabrics you know and love, like our crisp cotton poplins and our textured summery wovens, and designed into fun, bold and tropical prints to bring the beach to you! 

Matching sets are getting the spotlight this year with no end in sight, and with all the fun (and a bit of chaos!) that Summer brings, we wanted to create a “Set List” that you can rely on all season long for easy and effortless outfits with endless versatility! Please enjoy the below styling tips, where to wear and ideas on how to incorporate these summer must-haves into your wardrobe!

First off, we have the effortless Notch Neck Flutter Sleeve Blouse and the Bella Evening Maxi Dress, in this beach-ready Blue print! Created in our textured summery woven material, these items are ready for the boardwalk! 

The Notch Neck Flutter Sleeve Blouse can be worn with your favorite pair of white denim jeans or shorts (we’re loving these!), and a sneaker or a fun metallic sandal! If you’d like to dress up for dinner or a summer soiree, pair her with the Sanctuary Denim Midi Skirt and a wedge! Of course this top is also great for work, and inspired by our best-selling Notch Collar Blazer. Pair her with the White Notch Collar Blazer or Double Breasted Blazer and go for a tonal blue-on-blue moment with the Stretch Twill Trousers in Navy. 

The Bella Evening Maxi Dress is a great go-to for summer weddings, showers, and brunch! While named the “Evening” Dress, it is a great option for any backyard parties you may be hosting or attending, days spent by the pool or on the lake, site-seeing in a new city or heading into the office! Featuring a crochet trim on the neckline and a self-tie belt, and pockets(!!!), this dress is bra friendly and can easily be layered with a cardigan or a blazer! 

Next in our Set List is the Playa Set! This tropical two-tone printed set consists of the Playa Bell-Sleeve Button Blouse, High-Waist Belted Shorts, and a Tiered Maxi Skirt. 

The parchment-colored blouse will pair effortlessly with both the shorts and the skirt, but also with your favorite blue denim (like these!), black bottoms (we’re loving these shorts!), and any olive colored cargo’s (our current obsession)! This blouse features a covered button, fun bell sleeves, an easy crew-neck collar and it’s made in our light textured wovens to stay nice and cool while you have fun in the sun!  

The Playa High Waist Belted Shorts have quickly become a styling staple for us! They're par for the course with our Courtside Open Weave Sweater, to coffee with friends with the Pointelle Sweater Knit Tank, or on a Girl's Night Out with the Playa Blouse as a matching set! One of the best parts about wearing this as a set is that it looks like a romper, but you don’t have to deal with the fuss of having to undress in the bathroom! (IYKYK…) You can’t go wrong with a black sneaker or sandal with any of these outfit ideas and it will only make the print pop more with a monochromatic look! 

The Playa Tiered Maxi Skirt is a home-run in our books. The tiers give great shape and flow to the skirt for that effortless “easy-breezy” look. Great for your next vacation, this material packs extremely well with little to no wrinkles! Of course you can’t go wrong with pairing it with the matching blouse, but for some other ways to style it, we recommend throwing the Blush Favorite Luxe Essentials V Neck Tee and a flat sandal on for a low-key luxe look. For days in the office, we’d pair the skirt with the Ruffles For Days Mixed Media Henley Knit Top in Black with the Notch Collar Blazer in Black! 

Red has been a forecasted color for all of 2024 and what better time to wear red than the Summer?! These items dropped just as Watermelon and Cherries begin to make their way into the season and we designed this print as an ode to Summer! This fun batik-styled print is meant to pair perfectly with your summer plans! Whether you’re headed out for a cruise, off to Europe, or planning a staycation, these Cotton Poplin pieces will have you feeling cool, chic, and in a vacation state of mind wherever you are. The Notch Neck Trimmed Poplin Top features a flattering v neck and tiered flutter sleeves with a novelty trim to add some flair! Pair this top back to your favorite white shorts and sneakers (currently in our carts!) for a laid-back look, or pair it with the Sanctuary Denim Midi Skirt and a heel for your next weekend get-together! 

To compliment this fun Notch Neck Top, we knew this print needed to also come in a fun, flirty dress! Introducing our very first Notch Neck Dress, this Poplin Belted Dress is waiting for a fun destination - Cabo, anyone?! Featuring pockets, a wrapped ruffle skirt, and a bell sleeve, this dress is ready for the summer holidays, backyard barbecues, brunch with your best friends, attending your kid’s games, or days in the office! This radiant red pairs perfectly with our new Cherry Radiant Notch Collar Blazer (just launched last week!) and either a fun white sneaker, a ballet flat, or a sandal. This dress encapsulates a Summer state of mind and we can’t wait to see how you create your own Gibsonlook with this dress! 

From our friends at Sanctuary we are so excited to launch another 3 piece matching set in this chic, soft, white linen! The new Pull Me On Pant, Pull Me On Short and the Timeless Vest are quintessential summer staples that are apart of our "Easy Chic" trend focus. Designed to be worn together or apart, these items are can truly be worn anywhere and everywhere! Pair the Timeless Vest with the Pull Me On Pant for a look to wear to the Farmer's Market with a flat sandal and fun raffia bag! If you prefer to show some leg, the Pull Me On Short features a pleated wide leg and a back waistband. The Timeless Vest will make you feel like you're in Europe even at the grocery store! It's been a popular item among the office and there's so many ways to dive into this classic trend. Pair it with either of the Pull On bottoms, or your favorite pair of light blue denim and a sneaker if you're wanting to be more casual!
